⭐ VIP Basic – $180 / month includes On Boarding Fee, Recurring Monthly Charge

Insurance & Payment Information

Our office does not submit claims to health insurance companies. However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

We do accept auto accident cases, but require payment at the time of service.

Accepted payment options include cash, credit card, check, HSA, and FSA accounts.
